Getting to Know Your Abs – Feldenkrais Rolling!

Functional abdominal strength – the kind that supports your back and pelvic floor – is the integration of all your trunk muscles, working together in appropriate amounts. Nature designed quite a democracy.

I spend a lot of time rolling, much to my husband Marc’s amusement.  It’s the best and I want to share it with you.

Come experience a rolling class. We will do two rolling lessons – a simpler roll to get us going. We’ll take a short break and then do a rolling lesson that’s more challenging.

We’ll learn each roll a little bit at a time. You’ll have fun paying attention to your entire self in motion. Your brain will put your flexors and extensors into balance, creating a sense of emotional well being, easier breathing and easier upright posture.

This is an active class! This class is for people who can be relatively comfortable lying on the floor and can get down to and up from the floor on their own.
