We’ve all got’em. And sometimes they hurt or don’t work as well as we’d like.

Maybe you’ve chalked it up to aging, arthritis, carpal tunnel to name a few.

Most of us spend many hours on our computers or phones using the same muscular patterns in our forearms, hands and fingers.

You can still improve function and comfort for every condition you’ve been told you have. You just need to learn how.
