Beginners Feldenkrais Class Series

You’ve taken the Beginner’s series, or you prefer to repeat some of the classes that you know help you. For newer students, these lessons are accessible and the foundation of many other Feldenrkais lessons. For returning students, each time you repeat a familiar lesson, it’s a great opportunity to notice things you may have missed the first time.
