Are you feeling ok these days?
It may seem hard to believe but your body knows how to self-regulate and fall asleep. Our modern industrialized lives are so far removed from our evolutionary roots, that it can feel almost impossible for us to find rest, grounding and balance.
Small movements are extremely calming to our nervous systems. They help us access our parasympathetic response, where healing, sleep, rest and repair happen.
In this class, we’ll explore three meditations using very small movements. Chances are you will get drowsy or fall asleep. These are quiet and deeply relaxing lessons.
Who is this series for?

- People who enjoy finding how caLmling their body can calm their mind
These are lying-down lessons. One will be side-lying. You can do them on your floor or on your bed.
