Monday Mornings, 10am-11am
Small movements are good friends that gently calm your nervous system. It can feel like they have a direct connection to orient and re-direct a swirling, busy mind.
There is a lovely, still quality to these lessons—Having some experience with meditation practices or Feldenkrais classes is helpful.
If you crave inner quiet, Welcome.
These three lessons will be done lying on the floor.
