Ever wonder why you keep pulling on that leg, but your hamstrings just don’t seem to get longer?
The muscle lengthening process happens in your brain, instead of being a mechanical result of pulling on your leg or folding over your legs.
In this workshop, I’ll explain how our hamstrings become so short and how we can lengthen them according to science rather than force. We’ll have some discussion time and then plenty of time to apply these ideas with Feldenkrais movement lessons.
And, as my students already know, you’ll leave feeling better than when you came in and have practices to apply to the way you exercise.
