“Your Resilient Nervous System” Class Series

Who is this class for?
But especially you, if you don’t sleep well, sometimes struggle for breath, struggle with chronic pain, have panic attacks, feel that you have anxiety that gets the better of you, can’t calm your mind . . .
Nervous system resilience means being able to dance between our sympathetic (fight/flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) states.
The sympathetic state isn’t bad or unhealthy. It’s the state of vitality and energy, as well as the anxiety we generally attribute to it.
We just need to be able to move into and out of each state.
This class will be similar, and different, from the “Calm Your Self” class I’ve taught a few times. We will do techniques from Sounder Sleep, some seated Feldenkrais lessons, some lying down lessons. AND. . .we’ll do some lessons that will gently awaken your sympathetic state, in curious and interesting ways.
You will have access to a recording of each week’s class for one week after the class.

$80 for the series
$15 drop in.
