You may not realize that gentle learning to improve your breathing can help you emerge from these conditions and—vigorous breathing practices can aggravate your symptoms.
Feldenkrais classes help you create a path to sense your own breathing, including –
- Helping support rather than hinder the movement of your diaphragm.
- Releasing chronic habits of holding tension that can interfere with being able to breathe freely
- Learning to be curious and gentle, to coax your natural breath back online.
These classes will help you learn to be curious, gentle and compassionate with yourself.
