Feldenkrais Small-Batch, Brand-New Beginners Series

Let’s face it, sometimes when people first take a Feldenkrais class, they are not sure what to make of it. It’s very different than most things people have done before.

And that’s why it works.

Why do I call it “Small Batch”?

My goal is to provide a quality learning experience, creating a strong foundation for building your Feldenkrais practice. The small class size means that I can get to know each student personally.  I can carefully observe you and help you become aware of movement habits or beliefs that may aggravate chronic pain. A small class size also invites a healthy discussion dynamic where all can feel comfortable sharing their experience or asking questions.

We’ll take the time to understand the hows and whys of Feldenkrais—how a neurologically oriented movement practice is different than your regular exercise, and how much it will help you reduce pain, move more easily and breathe more easily. You’ll get your body back.

This class is “series only”. The price includes:

  • lots of personal attention from me for questions and feedback.
  • recordings of the lessons.
  • a private Face Book page with extra content and for posting questions.
  • a one half hour private Zoom session to focus on your specific needs.

Who is this class for? Anyone who wants to get started on the right foot (or left!) to get the most benefit from an awareness based, brain building, body-saving practice.
