Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Series

Who is this class for?
This class is great for people with some Feldenkrais experience – either previous classes or if you’ve worked with me privately.
Being grounded and present in your body is important. I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s probably right up there in the top three, with regards to physical and emotional health.
We all know that Feldenkrais helps us cultivate the skill of paying attention—to be able to change the way we move and let go of habits that create the pain we find ourselves in.
We breathe better, sleep better, move better, become more stable, know what feels right and what doesn’t so we can choose our activities with wisdom, know when to say no to painful protocols and treatments that don’t work for us.
I’ve missed you and hope to see you during this series!
