Calming Your Stress/Trauma Response

Have trauma and stress taken over your body? And do you feel them on a daily basis?
You can develop a practice to release the deep contractions that keep you stuck (physically) and help you with the
“loss of mental flexibility” (Van Der Kolk) that keep your thinking and imagination in lock-down.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how the Feldenkrais Method can be part of a realistic, comforting and hopeful approach to healing and living a more comfortable life.
Some approaches offer a speedy solution. There is nothing wrong with you if you’ve tried various approaches and are still searching.
For your benefit, it’s important to be able to lie comfortably on the floor.
