People often tell me that they can’t seem to get ahead of the stress in their body, no matter how much exercise or meditation they do.
The ability to find a deeply restful state is available to everyone. It’s in your body already. Here’s a new way to find it.. These simple classes are specifically designed to help you find the deeper calm you crave.
Each class will draw from the neurological principles and practices of The Feldenkrais Method and the Sounder Sleep System.
Chances are you will fall asleep in the class to give your mind and your body the rest you need.
For these classes, your physical comfort is really important. Some of the classes will be lying on your back, and some will be side-lying. You are welcome to use as much padding as you need.
