Backing out of Back Pain – By Doing Less

Are your good days “cranky” and your bad days just down right bad because you suffer with low back pain (or any back pain)? 

This workshop offers a gentle opportunity to shed some of  the work and armor you carry, even for a short while. In the privacy of your own space, you can find deep rest, connect to yourself and begin to sense what healing can feel like. 

Who is this workshop for? 

  • People who struggle with back discomfort on a regular basis
  • People who can get down to and up from the floor with relative ease
  • People who can lie on their back and at least one side

This workshop is probably not for people who – 

  • do not like small movements or resting 
  • are in acute spasm 
  • Would be extrememely uncomfortable lying on the floor
