Zoom Discussion – How the Feldenkrais Method Helps with Chronic Pain and Anxiety

Many people suffer from chronic pain and they tell me they are tired of the prescriptions, endless appointment and expensive treatments. .  . all leading to little or no relief and even less hope.

Developing a Feldenkrais practice can help people reclaim their lives. Feldenkrais is effective for reducing chronic pain, movement limitations and anxiety. It is both revolutionary and scientifically supported, and a very different approach than you’ll find in most rehab and fitness facilities.


Please join me for this zoom discussion. I’ll answer your questions. We’ll do two seated Feldenkrais movement sequences so you can experience how to create ease (the basis for becoming stronger) in surprisingly simple ways. And I’ll explain how that works scientifically.

This class is a good introduction for an online beginner’s class starting the following week. (Thursday evening)
