Many people say they are “tight” when their hamstring/neck/back etc shows up short day after day. They accept the limitation “tight” creates and hope for the best. 

You may be stressing ligaments instead of creating muscle length. To stay healthy and injury-free, it’s important to know and feel the difference! 

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the science of what does and what doesn’t happen when you stretch.

We’ll explore some common stretches and different ways to do them. People are surprised at how much they improve when they stop believing that stretching and pain go together. 

You’ll be on the journey to 

  • sensing what you are doing, 
  • knowing why you are doing it 
  • choosing wisely for yourself in all of your activities. 

You can connect quietly to yourself in your own space. You’ll be able to take care of yourself—explore at your own level and rest as you need to.
