Are you tired of being told that bad posture is at the root of your discomfort, yet you haven’t found a sustainable way to be easily upright?
Often, posture programs teach you to pin yourself into a position of “straight.”
Many people find it difficult to do that, and the problem lands back in their lap.
You begin to develop the belief that you can’t improve your posture because you have certain conditions or because you are weak.
Every human being has what they need to be more comfortable and more easily upright.
It may feel like magic when you learn how, but It’s not. And you can do it!
In this class you’ll learn three basic principles to improve your posture and then we’ll apply them in short Feldenkrais movement lessons.
The more you apply these principles and movements, the more easily upright you’ll become.
You’ll discover that there is a path for you to improve your posture— you just haven’t met it until now.

Things to know –
Class size is limited to 6 for comfort in the space and personal attention. To sustain this level of class quality, I cannot offer refunds. I will offer a class credit for future events.
We are all still finding our balance with the pandemic. I am fully vaccinated and don’t wear a mask when teaching. I’ll take a covid test the day before class. Please feel free to wear a mask, according to your own level of comfort.
I plan to offer guided recordings of the material we’ll do in class as a separate, very reasonably priced purchase.
