Calming your Overworked Eyes (New Class)

Looking for ways to reduce headaches, eyestrain and stress? There is so much more to our eyes than how well we read a chart across the room. Moving our eyes to look is one of the earliest ways that we orient to the world and organize our movement.

In other words, our eye movement has a lot to do with the tone/comfort/health of our neck and shoulders (and our entire selves, but let’s keep this local for now).

In this four week series, we’ll create a quiet environment so that you can identify eye strain. We’ll explore how we can use our eyes and breath to calm our nervous systems and how we can give our eyes a break by using them in unexpected ways.

Who is this class for? Anyone can take this class. We may do some sequences sitting or standing. I will provide options for you.
