Breathing Education and Gentle Practice for People who Live with Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain

Living with fibromyalgia, chronic pain or anxiety often comes with a cycle of breathing difficulties.

And breathing difficulties create a cycle of inflammation and anxiety.

Before we take on breathing practices, it is important to know something about how breathing works and our own specific breathing patterns. 

In this class, you’ll learn about how breathing works. And we’ll explore a few gently breathing practices. It’s good to become friends with something you do 20,000 times a day! 

When we breathe well,  we give our nervous system a sense of safety. And when we begin to feel safe in our nervous systems, our breathing becomes lighter, easier and supports healing
